Add % Credit Card Fee

Add the ability to have a percentage added if paying with a credit card – similar to the tax percentage. Some do not want to pay with credit card and do not want fee added. Need it broken down for taxes as well. When adding money in for fundraising would be easier to have the percentage added at end of order at check out. Thanks!
